Base function: Ensure the highest quality of handiwork, customer service and preventative maintenance for all common areas, facilities, and equipment.

 Responsibilities:

• Conduct and oversee maintenance and repairs on gate equipment, parking lot signage, and upkeep of parking lots and facilities.
• Possess knowledge of local geography for effective enforcement.
• Understand and apply parking regulations.
• Utilize computers and operate motorized vehicles.
• Maintain a courteous and tactful demeanor when interacting with others.
• Perform general housekeeping tasks and equipment service as needed.
• Work independently with minimal oversight.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to walk for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence.
• Adaptable to changes in the work environment and able to handle unexpected events.
• Demonstrated judgment and professionalism, especially under pressure.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, and talk/listen.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Exposure to outside weather conditions, including extreme heat.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long hours, walk long distances, lift heavy objects, and work outside in various elements.
• This is a non-exempt/hourly position.
• Criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing required.
